Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We work hard to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can still vary between screens, and measurements may differ slightly between units of handmade or natural-material goods. Such variation is not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. Stock shown on the store is indicative — if an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout before you confirm.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price through a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistake — we will always tell you before doing so.

Payment is taken when you place the order. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

5. When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement email. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not limit your statutory rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store to break any law, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for any of these.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, images, logos, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, strikes, extreme weather, and failures of payment or hosting infrastructure.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. As a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
